Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Shipping is available to most locations worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping times do NOT include processing time.

We strive to package all items securely to prevent damage during transit. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery to your doorstep.

Items We Ship

We ship natural handicraft fiber products. However, certain items cannot be shipped due to restrictions. These include perishable goods such as food or flowers; hazardous materials; flammable liquids or gases; and items prohibited by local or international shipping regulations.

Additional items that cannot be shipped:

  • Live animals or plants
  • Oversized machinery or equipment
  • Some restricted health or personal care products

To confirm whether your item can be shipped, please provide your shipping address and check with us before placing your order.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If the shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, first check your tracking information using the provided tracking number.

Then contact the carrier to inquire about the status of your shipment. Delay may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Next, reach out to us if the issue persists. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or resolve the delay.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Flat or tiered shipping rates apply to most items, but expedited options are available at an additional cost.

Promotional free shipping may apply to select orders or items purchased during promotional events are not eligible for expedited shipping unless specified.

Replacements for Damaged Items

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged due to shipping. If you need a replacement, please send us an email at query@craftthrive.store with photos of the damage.
